Cosmic  Healing Qi Gong is a hitherto largely unknown method in Europe to specifically absorb cosmic energy, to store it and to use it for health and long life - for oneself and others. By activating hands and acupuncture points, vitalizing forces flow in and through the entire body. This prevents the exhaustion of one's own energy resources and supplies fresh energy. A very special attraction of this practice practice published for the first time in German language is that it can be practiced both by beginners and advanced of the Qigong and benefits both equally.
The book "Cosmic Qi Gong" by Mantak Chia, Lotus Verlag 2004 is out of print and currently only available as an e-book.

Cosmic Healing Qi Gong 1
builds on the UNIVERSAL HEALING TAO Basic Exercises, such as Small Energy Circulation, Six Healing Lutes, Skin and Bone Respiration, and Iron Shirt Practice and Tan Tien Exercises. At the heart of the Cosmic Qi Gong is an exercise method that Master Mantak Chia calls the "Buddha Hand". The goal of this practice is to strengthen the practitioner's chi and to develop his ability to give chi to others as well. The exercises are based on the Shaolin Singing Qigong, from which the Kong Jing Qigong has been derived, about which there are hardly any publications and that is rarely taught. Other methods describe techniques with the hands and with different visualizations, including colored Chi. However, Master Mantak Chia himself warns against the inexperienced use of some techniques.
Through the practitioner's inner preparation with the basic exercises, and especially the techniques of the Cosmic Qi Gong, the practitioner's spiritual and spiritual abilities are trained.
Chi Nei Tsang prepared .--> The Taoist health system is largely based on the elements and roots of classical and traditional Chinese medicine.
Like all Taoist traditional methods, the Cosmic Chi Kung does not have a belief system built on it, but the values and emphases should be 'experienced' by everyone.
The theme group 'Taoist Shamanism' taught by master Mantak Chia in Berlin for the first time in 2007 comes from the Cosmic Qi Gong. Learn to protect yourself by transforming the externally accepted emotions of our brothers and sisters into useful body energies. The old system of 'sucking shamans' is still used, but today we are no longer trained to protect ourselves from the burdensome emotional alien energies and mental attacks. Master Mantak Chia shows us how to build simple protective fields and gives you the opportunity to balance your own body-energy system - practical mental hygiene, so to speak. Master Chia takes us with the invocation of the guardian spirits and shows how to handle the spirits.

Cosmic Healing Qi Gong 2
In our time, many people have barely enough energy to keep up in the world. Cosmic Healing Qi Gong is a hitherto largely unknown method in Europe to specifically absorb cosmic energy, store it and use it for health and a long life - in oneself and others. In which meridians and acupuncture points are activated, vitalizing forces flow in and through the entire body.
The focus of Taoist practice is on creating a healthy and strong physical body to become one with the cosmos again. The Cosmic Healing practice leads to a process of subsequent energy transformations, awareness of one's energetic nature, and physical preparation to open our body energy system to the frequencies of cosmic and planetary vibrations. Defined areas of our skull plates and spine are linked to various planetary vibrations and can be directed into the physical body. The Chinese system of 5 elements with its 12 meridians and 8 vessels is, so to speak, flooded, charged and flushed. This Neo-Shamanistic system is completely mystical and designed for direct personal experience. The practices introduced by Grand Master Chia have been successfully passed on to their students by Taoist masters over thousands of years. We use the mind to project an energy pattern into the universe, tap its forces, and channel that energy back into our body. With spirit and hands each of us can plunge into the limitless energy of the cosmos. A very special attraction of this exercise practice, published for the first time in German language, is that it can be practiced by both beginners and advanced practitioners of Qi Gong and benefits both.
